Fruit grader machine which is used to grade the fruit by weight, falls into field of fruit machinery. The conveyor chain is adopted to drive the wheel and move balances, and the fruit are sorted automatically into 8 grades through 8 fixed balances.
The features are: high efficiency, high precision, widely working range.
The output of the grader machine is 1.5t/h fruit while that of the labour is 75kg/h. By computing, the unit cost of manual work is 0.04 yuan/kg, while the unit cost of mechanical work is 0.01 yuan/kg.
